Brook Haukos
Tax
Brook oversees the firm’s tax function. Prior to joining Pine River in 2013, Brook worked as a Tax Senior, Financial Services, Asset Management with Ernst & Young since 2010 focused on various tax laws and regulations, and prepared federal and state corporate tax returns for different entities. She is a licensed CPA in Minnesota. Brook received a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management, and received a BS in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.
