Legal & Compliance
Liz oversees the firm’s legal and compliance functions and serves as Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to joining Pine River in 2012, Liz worked as a Senior Compliance Associate for CarVal Investors from 2007 to 2012 where she was responsible for global regulatory filings, policies, and marketing review. From 2003 to 2007, Liz worked at Cargill as an ISDA Specialist. Between 1995 and 2003, Liz worked for a variety of law firms as a Litigation Attorney. Liz received a JD from William Mitchell College of Law, where she was an editor of the Law Review, and a BA in Psychology and English Literature from Washington University in St. Louis.
