Phil Prince
Treasury & Financing
Phil oversees the firm’s treasury and financing functions. Prior to joining Pine River in 2014, Phil was at Goldman Sachs from 1983 to 2014, where he held various roles, including Managing Director and Head of Central Funding within the Investment Management Division and managing the team responsible for financing, cash management and liquidity risk management. From 1982 to 1983, he was an Associate in the financial practice of Arthur Andersen Consulting. Phil received an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and attended Vanderbilt University.
